This 4 week program is for interested runners. It will take you up until race and one week post training. You don't have to actually run the Bolder-Boulder, you can just train as if you were going to! Join the group and share your accomplishments, your favorite running trails, sneaker advice, food ideas, etc.! I will be with you every step of the way! This is a fun challenge to take you into the summer!
