Welcome to Complete Physique. I have been working in this industry for over 25 years! One thing I am sure of is that being healthy is not about running a marathon, cycling a 100 mile race, or doing boot camp 6 days per week - it's about balance.
We don't all have to be an athlete, fit a certain size, or workout 6 days per week. Each of us is very unique. Our lifestyle, exercise and eating habits, likes and dislikes, should reflect who we are not who we think we should be.
At Complete Physique, YOU are taken into consideration! There is no presure to keep up, look thin, or run a race. Our workouts and community are all about keeping on a schedule, setting realistic goals, and loving the skin you are in!
