- Kick start your weight loss
- create a workout routine that you can live by
- workout 5 days a week
3 days per week with Kathleen - 30 minutes strength, followed by 30 minutes on treadmill or bike ( plan for 1 hour total)
2 - two classes - chose 7 am boot camp Tuesday and Thursday,
or 2 spin 6 pm Monday and Friday
1- Yoga on Sundays
$420 - for entire program!
