Dust off your FITBIT!

May is FITBIT Month!  If you don't own a Fitbit, no problem! use your phone to keep track of your steps!  At the least you should take 10,000 steps a day.  

 

At the end of each day, send your count to me and I will post.  See what other Complete Physique Peeps are doing!!
