Kathleen knows the group and their limits and can provide the intimacy of personal training at a lower cost!

If  you don't see a time that works, chose a day and a time, gather some friends and create your own Group Training!

7 am Morning Yoga Flow (30)

8:15 am BOOT CAMP (45) in GYM ONLY

Tuesday

7 am  Balance, Cardio, Strength (55)

9 am  Core & Flexibility (40)

2 PM CHAIR YOGA (40)

Wednesday

7 am YIN YOGA with Blocks (30 MINS)

Thursday

7 am Full Body Strength with Bands

Friday 

7 am - Core & Flexibility (30)

9 am Strength Circuit IN GYM ONLY

4 pm Restorative Yoga IN GYM ONLY

Saturday
