Kathleen knows the group and their limits and can provide the intimacy of personal training at a lower cost!

If  you don't see a time that works, chose a day and a time, gather some friends and create your own Group Training!

7 am Kettle bell 

9 am  - CORE & Flexibility

Wednesday

8 am Medicine Ball/Paper Plate

Thursday

7 am Metabolic Strength & Conditioning

9 am  - YOGA

Friday 

9 am Strength Circuit
