Kathleen knows the group and their limits and can provide the intimacy of personal training at a lower cost!

If  you don't see a time that works, chose a day and a time, gather some friends and create your own Group Training!

4 pm Restorative YOGA

Tuesday

7 am  Full Body Power 

9 am  - Core & Flexibility (40)

2 PM CHAIR YOGA (40)

Wednesday

7 am YIN YOGA with Blocks (30 MINS)

8:15 am "BBB" Ball, Box, BOSU

11:30 pm HIIT (30 mins)

Thursday

7 am Full Body Strength with Bands

9:15 am Senior Chair Strength (30)

9:45 am  - Gentle YOGA Flow (45 mins)

Friday 

7 am - Core & Flexibility (30)

9 am Strength Circuit

Saturday 

8:30 AM YOGA
