2019 Group Training SCHEDULE

There is nothing like the energy of a group!

Group Training Classes at Complete Physique are about you - not the instructor!

If your fitness routine is craving variety, a regular schedule, a sense of community, then this service is for you!

We welcome all fitness levels to our Group Training!

The entire week of classes is created to challenge you each day, with different workouts.  Cardio, Strength, Core, Flexibility, Yoga! We cover it all!

Let our classes get you on track and keep you there!!

Monday

8:30 am 30 mins of Flexibility & Core w/Kathleen 

6:00 pm Balance & Functional Fitness/Henry

Tuesday

6:45 am Tabata Tuesday/Kathleen

Wednesday

6:00 pm Community Restorative Yoga/Ryan

Thursday

6:45 am  Metabolic Strengh & Cond'g/Kathleen

Friday

9 am Strength Circuit/Kathleen

Saturday

9 am Boot Camp/Henry
