Service Description

45 minutes of one on one training. A combination of cardio, strength, HIIT, and boot camp type activity. Each session is created based on initial interview with client, assessing, lifestyle, fitness level, and goals.


Cancellation Policy

24 hours notice for all 1-1 sessions to prevent being charged in full.
