Good morning! Four more days to go! Figures we did a running challenge in the mitts of the snowiest month of the year :-) if you’re up at 7 AM we have a corn flexibility class and tomorrow one hour yoga class! These are your rest days but core and flexibility or super important! Hope to see you in class :-)
