Good morning everybody! We have till the 16th! How are you doing this challenge so far? Have you noticed a change in your heart rate since you started? One of the cool things about exercise your resting heart rate goes down. Remember to test it first thing in the morning couple minutes after the alarm goes off! I’m excited to hear your feedback!
