3-4-U Our Newest Program kicks off in April! No matter what you are doing these days, give it a break! if you want to - Kick start your weight loss - create a workout routine that you can live by - workout 5 days a week 3 days per week with Kathleen - 30 minutes strength, followed by 30 minutes on treadmill or bike ( plan for 1 hour total) 2 - two classes - chose 7 am boot camp Tuesday and Thursday, or 2 spin 6 pm Monday and Friday 1- Yoga on Sundays 4 weeks $420 - for entire program! Take this opportunity to push yourself for one month. You can do this. THIS IS A NO MODIFICATION PROGRAM - A MUST FOLLOW FOR 4 WEEKS.
