Eating the same foods daily - Limits nutrient variety and weakens microbiome diversity, increasing the risk of food sensitivities.
Snacking throughout the day - Constant eating keeps insulin elevated (not good for menopause) and prevents your body from fully digesting previous meals
Store bought nut milks - Often packed with inflammatory oils, thickeners, and added sugar that harm gut health.
Too much protein powder - Most are ultra - processed, filled with artificial ingredients and hard on your gut lining.
Drinking cold water with (and without) meals) slows down digestion making it harder to solidify fats making it harder for your body to breakdown foods and absorb nutrients.
