Routine = Success

It's all about routine, the most successful people are those who follow a schedule! I get up every morning take 5 amino acids, have a cup of coffee, return email, drink 2 scoops of greens and one scoop of protein powder and head to work. I repeat this amino shake routine one more time......I never skip this - I love the way I feel and look! I love my energy! Want to join me?
