You don't have to be a member of a gym to get a workout! It starts with you and it can easily start at home.
Routine = Success - Create new routines for exercise. For example - Walk after dinner each night and/or after lunch each day. Regardless of the distance, creating a routine and keeping to it is more important.
Once you have started, you will feel such a sense of empowerment. Routine IS
powerful. Slowly your mood will begin to change, you will start looking forward to that walk. After two weeks, increase the distance slightly. It's all about being energized from your activity. Never bite off more than you can chew. This is an opportunity to feel good about yourself!
