When you fall off, quickly get back on!

Have you ever done this? You finally get to a point where you have gathered up strength and discipline - eating really healthy, not drinking alcohol, going to the gym, and feeling great!

So great that when you are invited out two weeks later, you think "I got this, I can have one drink, I'm doing great!"

You have that drink, feeling great, then you have another, next thing you know you are eating chicken wings and ordering dessert.

Next morning you wake up feeling horrible. You are mad at yourself, your belly is bloated, your digestion sluggish, your feeling depressed from the alcohol and you can't stop beating yourself up for veering off that sacred path of health and fitness....

Well, I am here as a friend and I want you to know that you are human. Humans, by the way, are not perfect. So stop beating yourself up. Don't look back, look forward. You now know what it feels like to be healthy, and you now know what it feels like to feel like crap.

Don't use this time to hit yourself over the head from enjoying yourself the night before, take the time to put together your shopping list, cook you food, pack your meals for the next day, and look forward to getting up tomorrow and being back on.
