Commit to Being Fit!

Is January the month you have decided to finally get in shape? Do you want to know the secret to being successful in this goal? Just start!!

Stop waiting for Monday, stop waiting till the kids are in school, stop waiting for your friend to start, and just do it!

I have created a business model that gives you every opportunity to get healthy. With the new virtual class schedule alone, you can get in shape. I offer 2 (4 on Tuesdays) classes per weekday and one on Saturday. If you took one class per day, you would be well on your way to getting in the best shape of your life in the month of January. My schedule reflects variety to keep your body and mind fresh, alert and challenged!

Understandably, you may not be able to commit every day of the week. Instead, start by picking one class for the next 4 weeks. As you get stronger and begin to feel the benefits of your commitment, chose a second class in the 5th week. Show up each week for these classes, and before you know it, you have a routine that feels good.

Showing up, whenever, without a plan, won't get you very far. It's the commitment you show on a regular basis, no matter how big or small, that is the very stepping stone to bring you closer to success.

Here's how you start - on Sunday, look at my schedule, chose 1 class, pay for that class 4 weeks in advance, and, of course, show up for 4 weeks. When four weeks is up, let's chat then about the next step. Are you in???? Let's do this!!
