3-4-U Workout and weight loss program kicks off next week - have you reserved your time slot???? workout 3 times per week for 30 minutes with Kathleen, 30 minutes on the Treadmill, add a 7am Boot Camp, 6 pm Spin or 6 pm Boxing class! Workout 5 times per week for one month and feel empowered without your wallet feeling empty!
