Abs Are Made in the Kitchen

Have you seen them? The ones that come to the gym regularly, do the same routine, and their bodies never change?

Hopefully, you know by now, that its not their lack of discipline in the gym, but the lack of discipline (and perhaps knowledge) of what should and shouldn't go in the mouth.
