It's Time to Think Green

Itco doesn't matter how old you are, it's time to think "Green".

When I was 51, my skin, energy and vitality were poor. I knew I needed to take a look at my nutrition, because I truly believe that what we eat is one of the most powerful drugs we can put in our body.

Former Surgeon General C. Everett Koop was famous for his "5 a day" minimum recommendation for daily fruit and vegetables consumption for optimum health.

As sound as this is, most people don't even get that. As a matter of fact Dr. Keith I. Block M.D Medical and Scientific Director of Block Center for Integrative Cancer Treatment and the Institute for Integrative Cancer Research and Education believes, as do his colleagues, that we should be getting 12 servings. Unfortunately, few people are able to consume such a volume, let alone afford it.

In my quest for internal health, I stumbled upon a company whose core values, commitment to certified organic, certified GMO free farming and to the health of our country, that did just that!

PURIUM created a Power Shake that is a combination of so many green Super Foods your head spins when your read the label.

Dr. Block is an advocate of a green drink for all of his cancer patients. "Since green foods are particularly important for my cancer patients battling disease, how much more so are they for those of us trying to prevent cancer in the first place.

"I especially urge my patients to use this life-giving concentrate, critical to promoting good health through antioxidant protection and optimal vegetable intake." Guess what drink he is talking about? PURIUM Power Shake.

If you do nothing but add this shake to your diet, you are increasing your chances of keeping more illness at bay. This is a detox drink, you couldn't put this much green food in your blender every morning without some serious side effects (wink wink).

I drink PURIUM as I am confident of it's purity, however, chose your own, just start drinking one!!
